Hay flowers

We obtain the hay flowers right after we dry hay out. Sift the dried straws and obtain flowers, seeds and leaves from curative plants who grow into the hay. The hay must be still fresh, or else the flowers might be harmed during the transport. The curative value of the flowers is more increased when they are fresh. If we could not tolerate the mixture of flowers, then use a five times bigger quantity. In Western respectable health care houses, doctors use such remedy, flowers included.

Receipts based on hay and hay flowers. Hot bath with hay flowers
Receipt
:
- Mix 10-15 handful of hay flowers with 5 litres of boiled water. Make an infusion – let it boil for 15-20 minutes, stirring it from time to time. Filter the infusion and pour it while hot into the bath water, fixing the temperature to 38-40°C. Take a 20-30 minutes bath and keep maintaining the water hot.
- Therapeutic results: Hot bath with hay flowers enables blood circulate, allows fast work of active properties of any plant, increases the defending ability of the body against infections. It is an excellent remedy against kidney infection and cystitis, rheumatism, cold, flu, etc. It is highly recommended for very sensible persons: cold or hot air.
- Partial hot bath (bottom and feet only) - fill a basin with warm infusion (37-39° C), without adding water.
- Caution: In case of complete bath, increase the water temperature gradually, beginning from 36-37°C. Hot bath is not good for people suffering from hyper-blood pressure, heart ischaemia, epilepsy, trombophlebitis, serious arteritis, or any vascular accidents.

Bath with complete extract of hay flowers
Receipt:
Soak 7-10 handful of flowers into 5 litres of water, for 8-10 hours, at normal temperature (from morning till evening). Soak it and keep it into a pot. Mix any flowers left with 3-4 handful of fresh flowers and boil them for 1-2 minutes into 5 litres of boiling water. Let it for 20-30 minutes until it becomes an infusion. Let it cool, filter and combine it with the cold soak; put it into the bath water. The extract contains the active properties obtained by soaking. The most active are the extracts obtained at high temperatures.

Cataplasm with hay flowers
- Warm cataplasm
Soak a handful of flowers into a cup of boiling water, for 10-15 minutes. Get out the flowers and filter the mixture. Put them into a cloth and put it on the harmful spot.
- Cold cataplasm
Mill one handful of flowers or crushed into the mortar. Add warm water (37-42°C) and let it for 1-2 hours; put them into a cloth and put it on the harmful spot.

Cured illness
- Disturbance of peripheral nerves, muscle pain. Make general hot bath (30 minutes): mix water with complete extract of hay flowers. The cure should last for 2-3 times a week. It regulates the activity of the central nervous system, it stimulates the peripheral nerves and eliminates muscle pains. It is good against slight paresis, neuralgia and myalgia.
- Cystitis and kidney problems. We recommend hot bath (bottom bath) in the evening, for 10-20 minutes. Pour 5-7 litres of hot infusion into a basin and let it cool up to 39°C. Add hot infusion, from time to time, for the temperature to be even. After bathing, do not wipe your body but wrap a warm dry towel round your waist and lay down in bed, under the blanket for half an hour.
- Rheumatism. Use partial or complete bath. Natural therapists recommend complete bathing: very hot, using complete extract of flowers. Pour 5 litres of complete extract into the bathtub filled with hot water (39-41°C). Cover the tub with cellophane and get in; let your head and neck out. The rest of the body "extracts" the steams from the tub. Add hot infusion, from time to time, for keeping the temperature even. The cure should last for 10 days at least. Then reduce bath gradually. It is extremely efficient due to the anti rheumatic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory (articular) properties of the plants as well as detoxification features. We remind you to take hot baths for their anti-infectious properties. They are not recommended for those who suffer from heart or vascular disease.
- Skin diseases. Several plants that grow among hay flowers have non-infectious properties and change certain assimilation processes at level of the skin, in case of external use: red clover is good against fungus, plantain is used against infections and good for tissue recovery, yellow meadowsweet heals any wound, milfoil (Achinella millefolium) and shepherd's thyme (Thymus serpyllum) are perfect against inflammations, etc. Bathing with complete extract of hay flowers is recommended as auxiliary for healing eczema, bacterial infection or skin wounds, sclerotic-dermatitis, etc. acute eczema cannot be cured, since they need to be cured with strong anti-infections pills (dermatosis which becomes more serious in a moist environment). For curing allergies, infections, acne, psoriasis, serious dermatosis, we recommend partial bathing (only on the wounded spot), with complete extract of hay flowers. Begin an intensive cure: 1-2 baths for 15-30 minutes a day, for a week then, 1 bath every other day, for three weeks. Besides taking baths, one should follow a dis intoxication cure with plants: Viola tricolor, elder and angelica.
- Migraines. There are several ways to use hay flowers, according to the type of disease and circumstances:
- if the pain diminishes if using warm cataplasm, put a cataplasm with hay flower on the nap of the neck and keep a bottle of hot water over it (for the temperature to remain even). All the treatment lasts for half an hour/an hour. The patient must be relaxed, sit face down and take deep breath.
- in case the pain increases if warm, use cold cataplasms on the front head and temples and change them every 10-15 minutes. Do it for no more than an hour a day.
- Complete bathing with cold extract are good for tired persons (who make intellectual work), persons who are weak and lack in vitality. Make a cure for three weeks - complete bathing every three days.
- Insomnia. We recommend complete bathing, with complete extract of hay flowers, in the evenings before sleep. Water temperature can be rather low, so that the patient were able to become accustomed to it. The bath should last for 30 minutes. In the first week: one bathing a day, before sleep. The next weeks: bathing every three days.
- Auxiliary in case of cancer. Bathing with complete extract is a precious auxiliary for curing cancer, due to the fact it is perfect remedy against toxins and cancer. Amongst the purifying plants we should highlight: dyer's weed (Reseda luteola), common marjoram, caraway, white meadowsweet; or against cancer: leaves of shepherd's thyme and red clover. Take a bath once a week (twice, at most) - half an hour. The temperature should be even, for not stressing the body. In case we use a complete extract, properties will be increased (due to the fact it keeps all biologic-energetic properties of hay flowers).
