Beet
It is originally from Europe. Its juice
is blood-red. It has amazing nutritive and therapeutic properties.
It is recommended against leukemia, anemia, etc. The leaves are
perfect remedy for wounds, they prevent tumour development and
balance blood pressure and nervous system. We recommend it
against: - anemia - beet juice helps the formation of red
cells, when eaten on empty stomach. Mix it with carrot juice: a
quarter of beet juice and 3/4 of beet juice, drink it two
times/day, in he morning and evening. - leukemia - the cure
should last for 49 days. Eat only uncooked vegetables (no meat,
milk products or margarine). The first three days, drink only beet
juice - 250 ml/day; take small helpings and keep it in the mouth
for a while. Take it on a daily basis. - cancer - beet prevents
the increase of cancer cells, tumour evolution, etc. Prepare a
cocktail of 10 spoons of red beet juice, 20 of carrot and one
glass of apple juice. Drink 4 glasses/day, for at least 60 days. -
recovery - mix warm soup and a glass of freshly squeezed juice. It
stimulates digestion, elimination of toxins and helps the
recovery. - flu, cold - it increases immunity; do not eat any
solid food or with too many calories; drink only juice. The
minimum dose consists in 150 m;/day. You might even dilute it with
apple juice, for instance. - liver disturbance - it drains out
liver and regenerates liver cells; it cures any infection.
