Birch tree - a perfect tonic for the nervous system 

Birch tree (Betula verrucosa, Betula alba)
is perfect for regulating nervous system and curing liver disease. It also drains out toxins. Use buds, seeds and sap/soak.  

Use:
- buds: kidney lithiasis; rinithis, rhino-pharyngitis, nephrites, rheumatism, mineral lack, Scheuermann disease, rickets;
- seeds: nervous system, neurasthenia, focusing disorder, memory loss, mental asthenia, depression;
- sap: kidney lithiasis, chronic cystitis, albuminuria, heart-kidney syndrome, arthrosis, gout, an increased level of cholesterol, stomatitis, precocious baldness, gastritis, cellulites, dermatosis, skin lack of resilience, etc.

Prescriptions:
- buds: 30-50 drops, 2-3 times/day - growth disorder; 50-70 drops/day - rheumatism and kidney disorders; 50 drops, twice/day - overworking, memory loss;
- it is perfect for young people who are about to take an exam;
- sap: 50 drops, twice/day - diuretic, in case of hyper-uricaemia, high level of cholesterol, swollen articulations, kidney disorder and conjunctivitis.

Infusion:
- mix it with fir or hip rose – rhinitis and rhino-pharyngitis;
- with fir leaves - growth disorders;
- beech tree - assimilation disorders;
- infusion of birch leaves - against gout, rheumatism and kidney stone.
