Blackberry

The blackberry fruits are perfect for reducing arterial blood pressure. Natural products are perfect for producing energy, for refreshing the body, reducing arterial pressure and are used for curing lung disease. Blackberry stems can be soaked and used as such.

Prescriptions:
- against rheumatism: refreshing, against hypertension, improves assimilation of glucids and produces minerals. We recommended it also in case of osteoporosis. Use it as auxiliary in case of other disease: lung emphysema, arterial hypertension, arteriosclerosis, diabetes type-II, uterine fibroma, masculine sterility and mouth candida, etc. Take 50-70 drops or 30-50 drops/day, 2-3 times/day, diluted with water. Take it 15 minutes before main meals.

Combine it with other herbs: hawthorn - in case of arterial hypertension; maple - arteriosclerosis; mulberry, maple, nut, and juniper - diabetes type-II; white alder, and rowan tree - uterine fibroma. The fruits contain organic acids and vitamins. They are perfect for refreshing and strengthening the body, have slight laxative properties. In case of sore throat, eat blackberries or drink blackberry syrup.

Gargle or cataplasm
- use the leaves for making tea: diuretic properties;
- gargle: infusion;
- cataplasms: piles and anal wounds;
- obesity: use it with dandelion, plantain, wormwood, milfoil and blueberries.

Infusion
- boil one teaspoon of herb into 250 ml of water. It should be more concentrated, for gargle: 2 teaspoons into a cup of water. For leucorrhoea, make vaginal enema: use concentrated infusion.
