Blackberries
They
are related to raspberry because both have similar leaves, stems
and small thistles. But they grow in the wilderness. They have the
same therapeutic properties. The leaves are the best for diets:
they are perfect for dis intoxicating, regulating hormones,
healing wounds and can be used against haemorrhage. The dried
fruits are cleanser, refreshing, slightly bitter and laxative: use
them while fresh. They can also be used to stop diarrhoea. In
quack medicine they are used for curing throat disorders and sore
throat. - constipation: drink 3-4 handful of fresh fruits, 15
minutes before eat and then, take 1-2 teaspoons of honey. -
throat pains, sore throat: mix half glass of fruits with another
half of liquid honey and stir them well. After that, let them mix
for 40 hours. Drink it as such or filter it: 4-6 teaspoons/day. -
long-term menstruation or abundant bleeding: take one teaspoon of
dried fruits and leaves; boil them into a cup of hot water and let
it soak for 20 minutes. Drink it while hot, but sweeten with
honey, 3-4 cups/day. - urinary infections: a spoon of leaves,
one of blueberries - leaves and fruits; let them soak over night
into half litre of hot water. Filter it in the morning and boil
any remains into half litre of water; let it cool off. Combine the
two mixtures and drink the tea: half cup every hour. -
diarrhoea: take half teaspoon of tincture, every two hours; you
can also take a teaspoon of dried fruits. - leucorrhoea: take
one spoon of leaves and boil them into half cup of water; then,
let it cool off. Use it for enema, twice/day, for a week. Then,
take a 5 days-break. If needed, repeat it after the inflammation
reduces. Add half spoon of chamomile flowers into the tea. -
hemorrhoids, anal wounds: boil five teaspoons of leaves into 2
litres of boiling water. Let it cool off and filter it. Take a
bottom bath, for 10 minutes. Then, filter it through a piece of
lint. Any remains can be used for a cataplasm - keep it for an
hour then, remove it.
