Coffee
Can coffee be considered a medicine? For
a lot of people, especially women, coffee is a "burden" and a "need"
altogether. Obviously, nobody likes to have an addiction, especially
if it costs a lot. But our body needs it more and more, and it can
cause palpitations, insomnia, etc. But it is difficult to give up to
drinking coffee. We are all aware that it is harmful, but we cannot
get it out of our system. It is good due to the caffeine it
contains – a strong incentive for human central nervous
system and heart. It increases muscle tonus, sense acuity, brain
blood circulation and heart activity. It is able to gather energy
fast and "destroy" apathy and tiredness. Any bitter
substances contained in it, are a remarkable incentive for our
digestion. It is the only bitter aliment which we consume in such
large quantity. Our body is scheduled to "tolerate"
sweet, salty, spicy and sour tastes, and also sour and stingy
flavours. Bitter substances contained in the
plants stimulate gall activity, peristalsis and toxin
elimination. Therefore, coffee helps improving slow digestion,
lazy gall or constipation. It is a good remedy for after-parties.
It may be considered a medicine, but a dangerous one, since it
causes addiction. After drinking a cup of coffee, the nervous
activity increases and the body uses a lot of resources. After its
results end, doctors found out that nervous activity and psychical
tonus decreased. The bigger was the dose, the bigger the decrease
of the tonus. Therefore, we begin to feel tired and need another
refreshment - incentive. And what is better than another cup of
coffee? Therefore, addiction occurs. We use our limited resources
and we need another dose. Addiction grows slowly, rather subtly.
But real consumers become immediately addicted.
Are cappuccino or instant coffee
healthier than natural coffee?
Caffeine is used for instant coffee,
Coca-Cola, creams, liqueurs, etc. We must know that the coffee is
healthier when natural than used for different products. Any other
product is synthetically made and contains synthetic additives.
Caffeine is also contained in different juices which we highly not
recommend for children. They may begin suffering from intellectual
disorder. Cappuccino is slightly different. When using black
coffee, many people cannot assimilate it. They begin to sweeten
it, add milk, cream, etc. Some monks from the Cappuccino religious
order (in Italy) had the idea of mixing some coffee with flavours,
spices, milk and honey. They obtained an incentive drink which was
much more tasty and easily assimilated by the body. Women liked it
the most. Then, cappuccino became famous all over the world.
Coffee producers established several formulas: they mixed
cappuccino with spices, flavours, powder milk, flavour
stabilizers, etc. All these additives are not natural. Therefore,
we cannot say for sure which of the two is more dangerous: coffee
or cappuccino. The truth is that neither of the two. Can
toxicity be decreased? Asian people would use different plants who
stimulate and increase the flavour and taste of the coffee and
reduce its toxic properties. The most famous is Elettaria
cardamonum, also called "the love seed". Its seeds
are very spicy and they are used for nervous stimulation and
eliminating toxins. Elettaria cardamonum stimulates body
activity in a different manner: while coffee stimulates because of
the caffeine, Elettaria cardamonum stimulates because of
the volatile oil. The oil is composed by several substances which
differ in composition. Europeans call it "the love seed"
due to the fact it increases sexual desire and virility. They have
also tried Arabian coffee mixed with Elettaria cardamonum
seeds. It was very tasty. In the beginning, the dose of
Elettaria cardamonum mixed with coffee must not exceed 2-5
seed/cup. Then, you can increase it up to 7-10 seeds.
Natural substitutes for coffee
All
coffee substitutes are bitter. During the 18th century,
coffee was very expensive for common people and they wanted to
replace it with something good and not too expensive. In Germany,
people discovered the root of chicory. If prepared in a certain
way, it would taste like coffee. In Japan, people would mix
cereals and roasted grains until they produced a drink which
tasted like coffee and was very incentive. During the last
decades, natural receipts were considered and people began using a
lot of products to replace coffee.
Chicory
It is the traditional substitute of the
coffee. It tastes like coffee, but it does not have the same
flavour. It has several properties: it stimulates brain activity,
intensive intellectual work, nervous system, mental focusing,
digestion, and gall activity; it improves the elimination process,
pancreas and balance glicemy; it is also a good remedy against
tiredness and sleep. Producers all around the world have
established a lot of chicory sorts. We can buy pure chicory
(roasted and milled), grain-chicory (for filter coffee),
instant-chicory (substitute for soluble coffee), combined with
malt or vanilla. There are also chicory-cappuccino, caffeine
free-chicory, hazelnut, chocolate or cream-flavoured, etc.
Oshawa Coffee
George
Oshawa is rather famous for his diet based on whole-meal cereals.
Except for losing-weight diets, he was also concerned with finding
substitutes for harmful food. He produced Oshawa coffee - an
incentive drink which does not wore bodies out. Receipt:
a teaspoon of chicory peas, one of beans, one of roasted barley
(ground with the coffee blender); mix 1-2 teaspoons of powder with
one small cup of boiled water and boil it for another 3-5 minutes
on sand or small fire; sweeten it with sugar or honey. It is good
for increasing mental focusing, temporary effort and perception
acuity.
Black or green tea
Although Arabic coffee is famous,
Arabians were not coffee drinkers. They preferred tea which was
their traditional drink. European coffee shops are replaced by tea
shops in the Middle east. There they sell two types of tea: black
and green. They are both prepared from the same plant, originally
from China and the Himalaya region. But the leaves are dried out
differently: - black tea – at normal temperature;
the leaves turn black and ferment a little until they reach the
perfect flavor; - green tea – at higher temperature;
leaves do not ferment; it has a high percentage of Vitamin C and
natural substances. Their therapeutic properties are
remarkable. Black tea influence the body similarly
to coffee. Its main active substance is caffeine; in smaller
quantity and mixed with other substances. It also strongly
stimulates and it is a perfect remedy for protecting the body
against radiation of all kind. During atomic experiences and
nuclear blasts it is good to drink tea in average or big amounts
of black tea (4-8g/day): people who do that shall suffer less from
radiations. Green tea is one of the most
interesting discovery ever made. It is more complex than black
tea; it is perfect against heart-circulation problems, since it
regulates fats assimilation. It also reduces cholesterol and fats
(contained in the blood). It is perfect against
arterials-sclerosis and fatness. Late research proved that green
tea extract prevented cancer cells to develop. It reduces tumors
up to 70%. Green tea also prevents skin cancer and intestinal or
stomach cancer, as well.
Coffee - one of the best
remedy against cancer!
Doctor Max Gerson, the
author of a method of natural cure, became famous in U.S.A. due to
the fact he had saved hundreds of people suffering from cancer. He
had found the most ingenious way to cure cancer: by using coffee.
He performed coffee enema on his patients. The results were
amazing: enema diminished spasm, pains and produced toxin
elimination. Enemas do not only improve intestinal activity, but
caffeine also cleans out piles veins, liver (it stimulates
bile); bile tract opens and toxins are eliminated; liver
enzymes (who eliminate free radicals and carcinoma) turn active
and increase up to 700%! During his first experience, dr. Gerson
lost few of his patients because of liver coma. The explanation
was simple: during natural cures, tumor and harmful ganglion
disappear and are eliminated fast therefore, the liver succumbs
because of the effort made to eliminate them. Then, dr. Gerson
began to use an enema every 12 hours, then every 4 hours (or every
other two hour, for serious cases) and the treatment was
effective. Dr. Gerson was surprised to see that patients who had
used painkillers, were tolerating the cease of the treatment more
easily. Day and night enemas (every four hours) eliminated pains,
sickness, nervous tension and depression.
WARNING:
Drinking common coffee has no result. It is not meant for a cure.
Coffee enema: add 2-4 teaspoons of coffee into 200-400
ml boiling water. Boil it for 5 minutes on small fire, filter and
let it cool until it gets warm. Introduce the entire quantity with
the help of a rubber pump or enema device, keep it into the
intestines for 15 minutes and eliminate it.
