Different
types of diets
Fast diet Fast diets always
begin with a stage of preparation which should last for 3 days.
During these days, we should eat half kilo of grapes in the first
day, another in the next day and 1.5 kilos during the last day.
After that, our digestion and metabolism get accustomed to eating
grapes. The next five days, eat only grapes or drink juice. Eat at
least 1.5 kilos of grapes or drink 1-2 litres of fresh grape juice
everyday. Do not exceed 2-4 litres of
juice/day. After the last day, begin eating normal and light food
gradually, drink honey sweetened infusions, eat vegetable soup,
boiled potatoes, etc. After 3-4 days, eat normally. We
recommend to eat sweet, well ripen fresh grapes. Also drink
sugarless warm tea: caraway, peppermint or shepherd's thyme tea.
They also prevent diarrhoea or abdominal cramps. Results:
it eliminates toxins, prevents obesity, regulates assimilation and
improves the cardiovascular system. The diet also refreshes
complexion and skin, prevents acne, skin rushes and cures serious
dermatosis. After the cure, the skin becomes softer and cleaner;
it also helps losing weight.
Mix diet Do not eat anything
else except for grapes, for 2 days: 1.5-3 kilos/day. The cure
starts and ends at the same time each day. Take a break between
cures, which should not last for too
long. Recommendation/caution: eat grapes for a
month - two days each week. After a month, your body will be
lighter and filled with minerals and vitamins (fruits, vegetables,
and milk products). In case of side effects, such as diarrhoea and
cramps, you can drink a little mint of caraway tea (sugarless).
After the cure ends, eat toast bread, rice and dry
odeurs. Results: during the cure, eat normal food
regularly. Eat only light food: no fried food, no meat or sweets.
You will lose weight for sure: 1-3 kilos/week.
Slow diet During this type of
diet, we can eat other kinds of food, not only grapes. The
quantity of fruits increases gradually: - 1st
day: 1/2 kg of grapes, into 3 helpings; - 2nd day: 1
kg, into 3 helpings; - each day, 1/2 kg more, therefore in the
6th day, you eat 3 kg at every main meal. Eat
the same quantity for another 3 days, (7th, 8th
and 9th day) and after that, return to normal food. We
recommend eating grapes before any meal. At dinner, eat 2 kg of
grapes, meanwhile you eat normally. Eat at the same hour, if
possible. Eat the grapes skin included. Repeat the cure after a
3-days break. Results: we slowly lose weight if we
do not abuse of food. The grapes decrease the appetite. They
contain a lot of light sugars and therefore, they eliminate
weakness (decreased level of glycemia). People who cannot tolerate
fast diets, should eat grapes regularly.
Grapes
as medicine Grape diets improve body toleration to natural
remedy. They drain out toxins and prevent a lot of diseases: -
hypertension: it is an excellent and mild remedy. We recommend it
in case of serious hypertension, disregarding the fact that
hypertensive people should not drink too many liquids for they
suffer from water retention. - liver disorder: the diet should
be followed once a year. Avoid eating heavy food (fats, fried
food, etc.). - bladder disorder: the diet with grapes is
recommended in case of dyspepsia, colecystitis or biliary
lithiasis. - slow digestion: we recommend grapes (but not too
sweet) - eat them 30 minutes before each meal. - constipation:
grapes stimulate digestion, intestinal peristalsis; grapes' skin
drain out the colon. - gout: grapes eliminate uric acid. -
hormonal disorder (women): they improve gonads and
cortical-surrenal glands activity; it improves premature skin
aging, hirsuteness, acne, physical stress, eczemas, etc. -
anemia: red and black grapes, especially; they contain substances
against anemia and B-complex vitamins and also enable iron
deposits. - haemorrhoids: grapes are perfect against
constipation as well as for improving blood circulation. Combine
them with blackwort comfrey and underbrush gel (for external
use). - menorrhagia: red and black grapes contain tannin,
reduce the quantity of secretions and stop bleeding. - during
recovery: while recovering after infectious disease (pneumonia,
hepatitis, etc.), grapes are perfect for digestion and for
improving mucous membrane. - different intoxications: grapes
stimulate kidneys and colon and produce intensive and fast
elimination. They can also eliminate toxins or prevent chemical
intoxications (mercury and copper).
Caution:
grapes are highly not recommended for people suffering from
diabetes, serious kidney disease, serious hypertension, water
tissue retention, fermenting colitis or chronic diarrhoea.
