Different
cures for dis intoxicating our body
In the following, we shall present you
several vegetables and herbs with curative properties:
-
soy: it contains several substances who protect the stomach
against different toxic substances, including cancerigen ones. Soy
decreases the level of cholesterol, it prevents sclerosis,
arteriosclerosis, diabetes and even heart stroke. - eggs: tonic
aliment. They are perfect while recovering, against anemia and
arteritis, both articular and bone tuberculosis, lung and stomach
tuberculosis; it is a perfect tonic food for the central nervous
system; it eliminates toxins and substances which prevent
digestion.
Prescription - the quantity of
eggs/day: - children between 1-3 years old: 35 gr; -
children between 4-6 years old: 40 gr; - children between 7-9
years old: 50 gr; - children between 10-12 years old: 50 gr; -
teenagers between 13-20 years old and adult people: 3,000 calories
- 30 gr; 3,500 calories - 35 gr; 4,000 calories - 40 gr. -
pregnant women: 50 gr; - aged people: 15 gr.
We
generally recommend you eating two uncooked yolks.
- in
case of children suffering from anemia: one uncooked yolk or yolks
of quail eggs: they are perfect for improving health; - in case
of children suffering from rickets: ground dried egg shells; 1-2
teaspoon of powder mixed into salads or vegetable/fruits juice; -
haemoptysis: one teaspoon of egg shell powder mixed into a glass
of natural wine; - dysentery: take two egg whites blended until
they turn into a cream, mix them
into a glass of water and little honey; take one teaspoon every
hour; - celery is perfect to calm down nerves; it contains a
big amount of vitamin E which protects arteries, prevents
infections; also drink celery juice, for diet; - dill: use it
to spice food; it is a perfect remedy against pyelo-nephritis or
kidney stone (tea of dill seeds); - underbrush: against
diabetes, decreasing blood pressure; use it as juice, cream, wine,
etc.
Warning!
Do not eat underbrush products after 2 p.m. because they are more
exciting than coffee.
- cabbage juice: against ulcer,
serious constipation, rushes, eczemas; do not add salt to cabbage
dish because it destroys all vitamins; - tomato juice: it
contains sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium and vitamins and
enzymes. Eat it fresh and uncooked; if you boil it, it turns
acid; - cucumber: it is probably the best natural diuretic
product; it contains more than 40% of potassium, 20% of
phosphorus, 10% of sodium, chlorine, etc. Due to the big amount of
silicium and sulfur, it is a perfect remedy for hair and nails. It
is perfect in case of oscillating blood
pressure, due to the amount of potassium it contains; -
spinach: it is perfect for producing energy and improving heart
activity; it contains minerals and it is perfect against anemia,
rickets, physical or nervous asthenia. Eat it uncooked only: drink
one glass of juice every morning, for 14-16 days in a row. It is
perfect for curing physical or nervous depression. If boiled, it
is harmful for our body. - dandelion: it is better than
lettuce, spinach or tomato. It contains 45 calories into 100 gr,
minerals, enzymes and vitamins. It is perfect in the
springtime. - rice: it contains much more proteins than
any other cereal; it may be almost entirely assimilated by the
body: 100 gr of rice contain about 350 calories. It contains the
smallest percentage of sodium (meant for curing heart and kidney
disease). A dose should contain one cup of rice mixed into 3-4
cups of boiling water. - milk whey: it contains lacto-albumen,
lactoses, mineral salts, enzymes and vitamins. It can be used as
auxiliary for children suffering from acute nutrition shortage: it
is a perfect cholagogue and a diuretic substance which stimulates
intestinal activity. Take it twice/day and add a little honey.
Babies should take 2-3 teaspoons before being breast fed. In case
of anemia, dyspepsia or gout: up to 500 ml/day. It must be fresh
and clean. Also use compress against chilblains. - sea algae:
they contain proteins. - clay: it contains minerals and
oligo-elements. - calcium: it is the best mineral substance
contained in our body; remedy for: babies - 0.7 gr/day; children
up to 10 years old: 1 gr/day; between 10-12 years old: 1.2 gr/day;
12-18 - 1.4 gr; while pregnancy, take 1.2 gr/day; while breast fed
- 1.3 gr/day. Calcium is contained in: milk products, yolk,
vegetables (including green beans or peas), carrots, celery,
turnip, cucumbers, cabbage, apples, cereals, sunflower, etc. -
zinc: prostate, pancreas, bones, kidney, liver, skin, muscles and
red cells contain zinc. We should eat vegetables, fruits and eggs
or milk, cereal grains, pumpkin seeds, yeast, etc. Fruits and
vegetables contain a small amount of zinc. It is perfect for
improving the activity of the physiologic process; it is contained
in enzymes which improve digestion, absorption, intestinal
synthesis, alcohol oxidation, formation and degradation of
glucoses, bone structure and functioning of the vascular system. -
manganese: celery, parsley, parsnip, leek, spinach, orache
(Atriplex), eggplant, endive, wood chicory; apples, pears, cherry,
olives, chestnut, lemon fruits - uncooked only. If manganese
lacks, it produces growth disorder, decreases bone resistance and
produces malformation; it produces reproductive system disorder,
paralysis, convulsions; it changes the assimilation of glucids and
lipids. In case of children, it might produce blindness or
deafness; adult people: hearing problems or deafness. - cobalt:
it is an essential oligo-element; it is spread within the entire
body: liver, kidney, heart or blood vessels. We should drink fresh
milk. We should also eat fresh spinach, cabbage or algae. Cobalt,
together with iron and copper, produce red cells. It is important
for nervous system and vegetative-sympathetic system, growth, etc.
In case of cobalt lack, injurious anemia may occur. -
iode: adults need about 10 gr/day (women) and 130 gr (men). Under
special conditions, pregnancy, breast fed, women need about
125-150mg/day. Sea algae, fresh water algae and mushrooms contain
iode. Children who suffer from iode loss, might suffer from slow
growth or even physical or mental disease.
