1. Wheat grain and
germinate wheat grains
Wheat grains contain phosphate
products, mineral salts - iron, magnesium, proteins,
oligo-elements (contained by copper, zinc, magnesium) - vitamin A,
B1, B2, C, E, PP. They are one of the best natural sources of

because of the perfect mixture of nutritive it contains: 50%
proteins, amine acids (histidina, lysine, tryptofan, leucina,
fenylamina, cystina etc.), gluten and peptides, 14 essential
mineral salts, oligo-elements 17 vitamins and vitamin B. It also
contains ergosterol.
A hundred g of yeast contains: -
proteins: equal to 250 g of meat and glycogen - equal to 65 g of

more vitamin PP (niacin) than meat; - 10 times more vitamin B6
(pyrodixin) than meat; - 5-10 more pantotenic acid
than cereals; - 20 times more folic acid than wheat

Receipt: Take it at each
meal, mixed with vegetables or soup: 1-2 teaspoons, for adults and
aged people; 1 teaspoon, for children. Yeast sets off deletion and

vitamin C: 100-200 mg (lemon contains only 100 mg): - pro
vitamin A: 60 mg (carrots contain 2-14 mg); - calcium: 240
mg; - iron: 19.2 mg. It eliminates toxins contained in the
blood and intestines, and prevents cancer. It contains calcium and
therefore, it is perfect in case of rickets and tuberculosis. It
contains iron which is good against anemia. It is also perfect in

4. Yogurt Yogurt contains a
