1. Wheat grain and germinate wheat grains

Wheat grains contain phosphate products, mineral salts - iron, magnesium, proteins, oligo-elements (contained by copper, zinc, magnesium) - vitamin A, B1, B2, C, E, PP. They are one of the best natural sources of iron, magnesium, rare proteins, vitamin B and E. It also contains vitamin C. It helps to improve health balance. We should eat it everyday.

Therapeutic properties
It can be helpful in case of depression, tiredness, it also regulates digestion and intestinal activity. It is a perfect nervous tonic and stimulates nutrition. But it is not recommended in case of arterial hypertension. 
It has tonic properties and it contains vitamins. People suffering from rheumatism, gout, arthritis, who cannot tolerate whole-meat bread, have no problem in tolerating it. 

Receipt
- put a wheat grain and cover it with water (sink it into water) to swell. After that (in the summertime - after 24 hours, in the wintertime - after 36 hours), wash it well. The next days, wet it but do not cover it with water or else it will rotten.
- adults can take 3 teaspoons/day as auxiliary; children and aged people - 3 teaspoons/day, at each meal: 1 spoon -3 years old, 1 teaspoon - 6 months -1 year old, two-three helpings/day. Eat it before meals. Before swallowing it, mix the grains (a hundred times) until they taste sweet.
In case of people suffering from tooth problems, smash it and stir it well. In case of babies, small children and sick people, smash it and mix it with honey. 

2. Yeast
Yeast is a miraculous nourishment, more effective than the wheat grains because of the perfect mixture of nutritive it contains: 50% proteins, amine acids (histidina, lysine, tryptofan, leucina, fenylamina, cystina etc.), gluten and peptides, 14 essential mineral salts, oligo-elements 17 vitamins and vitamin B. It also contains ergosterol.

A hundred g of yeast contains: 
- proteins: equal to 250 g of meat and glycogen - equal to 65 g of bread;
- 10 times more vitamin B1 than whole-meal bread;
- twice more vitamin B2 (riboflavin) than liver;
- 10-20 times more vitamin PP (niacin) than meat;
- 10 times more vitamin B6 (pyrodixin) than meat;
- 5-10 more pantotenic acid than cereals;
- 20 times more folic acid than wheat chaff.

Receipt:
Take it at each meal, mixed with vegetables or soup: 1-2 teaspoons, for adults and aged people; 1 teaspoon, for children. Yeast sets off deletion and helps depositing hydro-carbons. It is perfect for sportsmen because it increases resistance to tiredness and effort and eliminates toxins and assimilation waste. It contains proteins and amine acids and protects liver. On the other hand, it is good in case of diets, since it contains vitamin B. In case of neurological and neuro-muscle disorder or alcohol addiction, complex or simple vitamin B shortage. It protects liver and it is perfect in case of pre-cirrhosis or liver steatosis, serious malnutrition, weakness, etc. 
In case of normal use, use other than common yeast: yeast from malt cereals. Common yeast is obtained with the help of sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, hydrochloric acid and loses 70% of the vitamins. Yeast prevents the development of pathogenic germs, such as: staphylococcus, streptococcus and colon bacillus. It is perfect in case of acute diseases, infectious chronic diseases or for preventing any accident occurred after taking antibiotics. It perfectly improves the lack of balance of the intestinal mucous membrane. 

3. Parsley
It contains a lot of nutritional substances. One hundred grammes contain:
- vitamin C: 100-200 mg (lemon contains only 100 mg):
- pro vitamin A: 60 mg (carrots contain 2-14 mg);
- calcium: 240 mg;
- iron: 19.2 mg.
It eliminates toxins contained in the blood and intestines, and prevents cancer. It contains calcium and therefore, it is perfect in case of rickets and tuberculosis. It contains iron which is good against anemia. It is also perfect in case of eye-sight problems, since it contains pro vitamin A. It prevents aging as well. Use it for spicing food or drink parsley juice.

4. Yogurt
Yogurt
contains a lot of ferments. It is easy to assimilate it and it is a perfect digestive auxiliary. It contains lactic acid which improves intestinal mucous. Intestinal toxins are produced by big bacillus which develop into acid environment. It contains calcium salts and vitamin B. You can mix it with powder milk (creamless) which increases the quantity of vitamin B, calcium and proteins. Do not excessively eat it as it may produce mineral shortage. It is enough to eat one glass of yogurt/day, but not more than 15 days a month.

5. Pollen
It contains a lot of minerals. Chemical analysis proves that it contains proteins, sugars, fats, minerals, oligo-elements, all vitamins, diastase, hormones, pigments, etc. It improves health balance and produces energy. It improves vigour and energy in case of people suffering from depression. It eliminates tiredness and stress in a matter of days. It is also perfect for the growth of handicapped children. Laboratory experiments proves that it increases the number of red cells up to 500.000/mm3 of blood in less than a month. It also eliminates toxins, avoids premature aging, etc.
Receipt: Dilute it into water, tea, milk, coffee. Do not boil it because it might destroy several vitamins. The daily doses is 1/2-1 teaspoon. If it produces any digestion or intestinal disorder. In case of tiredness, weakness, anemia, slow and difficult growth, increase the dose. If taken on regular basis, it prevents aging.
