Ten aliments improving eyesight

Beware of what you eat, drink and breathe! It may harm your body. Therefore, water is the most important element for any diet. Drink at least 6 glasses of water everyday, reduce sweet drinks and coffee. Because of soil degradation caused by pesticides and fertilizers, aliments may get poisonous. The best aliments which improve health are: 

1. Fish - it is perfect for cell membrane development. We recommend it for maintaining your eyes healthy.
2. Spinach, cabbage, and green salad - they contain a lot of carotene, especially lutein. Lutein is a yellow pigment, that protects macula from sun burns or fluorescent light.
3. Eggs - it contains cysteine, sulfur, lecithin, amino-acids, and lutein. They are perfect for preventing cataract.
4. Onions and garlic - they contain sulfur which produces glutamine, an anti-oxidating substance perfect for eyes and the entire body.
5. Soy - it contains a small quantity of fats and a lot of proteins. It is a basic element for any diet. It also contains fat acids, vitamin E and anti-swelling substances.
6. Fruits and vegetables - they contain vitamin A, E and C, and beta-carotene. Yellow vegetables, such as carrots, are very important for daily eyesight.
7. Blueberries and grapes - they help your eyesight, during the night. A cup of blueberries, blackberries and grapes contains all nutritive substances perfect for adjusting the eyesight to night light, in less than 30 minutes.
8. Wine - it prevents heart disorders, due to the fact it contains essential nutritive substances that protect eyesight. Beware to huge quantities because they may be harmful.
9. Hazelnuts and raisins - they contain very many vitamins. They contain a high amount of omega-3 fats which maintain an even level of cholesterol and improve cell membrane.
10. Olive oil - mono saturated oil which is perfect to substitute butter and margarine.
