Natural receipts for
curing gastritis
Gastritis
in a swelling of the stomach mucous membrane which can have both
an acute or chronic evolution. There are many herbs with curative
properties perfect for curing gastritis. In the following, we
shall highlight some.
Receipts: -
Anise - make an infusion from 6-8 fruits into 100 ml of
boiling water. Let the infusion soak for 10-15 minutes (cover the
pot with a lid) and filter it afterwards. Drink it into 2-3
helpings. - Geum urbanum - make a decoction from 2
teaspoons of powder (rhizome and root) and a cup of water (250
ml). Boil it for 25-30 minutes and filter it. Drink it in the
morning, on empty stomach. Do not sweeten it. - Milfoil
- make a decoction from 10 gr of dried leaves and 1 litre of
water. Boil it until it decreases to half and filter it. Drink it
throughout a day. - Crawfoot - make an infusion
from 2 teaspoons of flowers into a cup of water (250 ml). Drink it
throughout a day, on empty stomach. - Hops - make
an infusion from a teaspoon of dried fruits (ground) into a cup of
hot water (250 ml). Cover it for 15-20 Drink one cup after every
main meal. - Lavender - make an infusion from 1-2
teaspoons of flowers into a cup of hot water (250 ml). Cover it
for 15 minutes and filter it afterwards. Drink 2-3 cups/day. -
Hip (rose) - make a decoction from 2 spoons of fruits into
500 ml of water. Boil it for 5 minutes only. Drink it throughout
one day. - Marjoram - make an infusion from one teaspoon
of ground herb or powder into a cup of boiling water 250 ml. Cover
it for 15-20 minutes and filter it. Drink 2-3 cups/day. -
Chamomile - make an infusion from 1-2 teaspoons of flowers
into a cup of boiling water (200 ml.). Drink 2 cups, on empty
stomach. Make a double extract drink: mix it as such, for
30 minutes. Use 1-2 teaspoons of flowers with half glass of water
and filter it. Any remains should be mixed with another half cup
of boiling water. Mix the two liquids. Drink it throughout a day,
on empty stomach: two helpings. - Plantain - make
an infusion from two teaspoons of leaves into a cup of boiling
water (200 ml). Take one teaspoon every 3 hours. - Common
celandine - make an infusion from half teaspoon of powder
into a cup of boiling water (250 ml). Cover it for 15 minutes and
filter it. Take 1-2 spoons every 3 hours. - Acacia
- make an infusion from 2 teaspoons of flowers into a cup of
boiling water (200 ml). Drink 2 cups between meals. - All
saint's wort - make an infusion from 1-2 spoons of dried
milled herb and boil it with 200 ml of water (one cup) Drink 2
cups a day.
