Grapes

Grapes contain a lot of substances. A hundred grammes of grape pulp contain nutritive substances: 
- fermenting sugars: 22,00-23,51gr;
- carbon hydrates:16 gr;
- assimilating sugars: 0,012-0,15 (glucoses).

It also contains vitamins:
- Vitamin A- 500 U.I; Vitamin B1- 200 U.I; Vitamin B2- 0.03 mg; Vitamin C - 0.2 mg; Vitamin B9; vitamin elements P (anthocyanoside, vascular protecting elements which are useful for a perfect eyesight); free tartaric acid - 0.29g; different organic acids: 0.30-0.35; nitrogen elements - 0.38g; mineral substances: 0.15g, among which we enumerate: sodium - 2 mg, potassium - 255 mg, phosphorus - 25 mg, calcium - 20 mg, iron - 0.5 mg; insoluble lignite substances - 0.43g; water - 72-73 g.

A hundred grams of juice contain:
- nitrogenous substances: 1.7g; sugars: 12-30 g; mineral substances: 1.3g; water: 75-83 g.

Grapes can be also used for hair care:
- use 250 ml of fresh juice/day, 15-20 days in a row. Wet the hair with a piece of lint, wet with must, and massage head skin and hair roots. Let it work for ten minutes then, wash your hair with warm water mixed with baking soda. You can comb your hair while you massage the scalp. The cure can be repeated twice/week. The grapes can be both white or red. But, red grapes are preferable.
