Means of increasing inner energy

I shall try and state a few ideas referring to the way one can increase his inner energy. It is not a detailed scientific point of view, moreover a general overview which collects personal opinions (after thorough research and practice). There is a lot to say and I could write down a lot about this topic, but I shall limit to only main ideas. The real understanding may be transmitted by statements, not by words.

First of all, we should realize that each of us loses much more energy than it gathers, because of all our actions (thoughts, words, different activities, etc.). One cannot avoid that to happen, because external world "forces" you, one way or another, to create entropy. Thus, at the end of the day, you are much more tired than in the morning. That is everyday routine and as years go by, you get old and then, you lose your physical body, as a consequence of energetic wearing out.

Most of the people say that the process is a normal one and you cannot come against it. The problem is the way you "see" your life, or think things should happen in the universe. If we consider it more thoroughly and study the performance of the people in the Eastern hemisphere (they arrived to the reversing of the aging process and even to immortality - not all people can do that), we shall see that Western people, see things as out of fashion. Energetically speaking, it is less effective. If you think about it thoroughly, you will see that most of those who speak about spirituality do not have an amazing level of energy; if they have certain "abilities", they are inborn and not the result of human lifetime struggle. People from the Eastern hemisphere, do not consider the latter to have them.

There is a lot to say about what is effective or not (energetically speaking); about the way spiritual philosophy prevents you from becoming aware of your real position in the universe; and you must make real efforts to gather energy for your personal evolution. We can write a lot of material about that aspect. Spiritual philosophy we encounter each moment in our life, has been written down in many books or lectures.

Referring to "entropy", the other meaning is "to gather" energy (by reversing the law of entropy). If one increases its inner energy, he will get over all types of vibrations produced by a disease. Moreover, excessive energy (after the body has recovered) might create a lot of things which can later on be used for human development. Unfortunately, the idea of evolution/self development is not considered from that point of view (people keep on talking about karma, reincarnation, spiritual mission, communication and other types of physical-spiritual ideas - considered normal; but although they are real, they can only keep the illusion of evolution vivid. Evolution is a matter of gathering energy, individually, both in quantity and quality. The most effective way to do that is to create archetypes which must contain ideas and energies which can lead you to the highest level. These archetypes can be seen at the physical level, only by organized schools of acknowledgment. There are very few real schools, excepting those from the Eastern hemisphere. Therefore, people back there evolve in ten years like others in one lifetime or even ten.

After we have stated several general ideas referring to the way the accumulating energy is considered, as well as its importance for the evolution, I shall continue by pointing out the ways we use for losing energy more often (from within our structures).

Me for instance, I believe that energy is lost because of inferior (less evolved) ideas we have about ourselves. We consider ourselves as mortals and we should do a lot of good deeds till the end of our life. Therefore, the very next life, we are entitled to have the opportunity of getting closer to God (everyone understands that in his own way). We are "filled" with spiritual philosophy and we disregard making important effort for reaching the highest level possible, during our life. We enjoy our "spiritual knowledge", which is much more important than that of other people, but we do not have the feeling of "emergency" which would help us search for the most effective way to evolve and increase our energy. In order to do that, we must be very open and think that "we are only at the beginning of the process and there is a lot more to know". Most of the people find it hard to accept and believe they already know enough. I state that from my experience, I do not state any judgment. I have also had a moment when I thought I knew everything. But I came to the conclusion that (by comparing the knowledge to that from other continents) it was only bare philosophy and nothing definite. The Path is very long and we are nothing but "absolute beginners". Now, I am completely all right with that matter

We will live a certain inner "effusion" which might help us exceed the average level of awareness and succeed in getting over common practice and other type of loss. That would be possible only if we change our opinion about who we are, what life really is, what God is, when we really see how less evolved we are (on our planet) or when we are able to follow the path of the evolved people and have the proof of the levels they have reached. Gurdjieff used to say that we find ourselves into a wrong place in the universe, a place where is very difficult evolving - excerpts from "Searching for the miracle" by P.D. Ouspensky.

One of the biggest consumers of energy are negative emotions such as fear, impatience, anger, intolerance, etc., as well as negative thoughts and less evolved concepts. When you express your emotions (you identify with them, lose your awareness, the center and peace), you shall create within your real structures, real "tempests" of energy. They make you lose a lot of the power you one had. You may have seen that you feel weaker after expressing your emotions. That will happen day after day, until...
Sex, as people make it in Western countries, as well as pornographic materials people identify with (when they watch it they lose their self awareness), is another great consumer of energy. Without sexual energy people find difficult evolving (see "Hathor's teachings", published by For You Publishing House, or several other written materials).

Food is another consumer, but a smaller one, according to my beliefs. When you have a relatively small level of energy (in the beginning), it is extremely important, but as you go further on, you gather it through other means and you can get over "negative" vibrations produced by certain types of aliments. For instance, Jasmuheen - the women who feeds only with light, says that she eats chocolate once in a while, only for its taste (but she can do that, considering her level of evolution!). In Eastern hemisphere/Far East, people reach highest levels of evolution: they eat both uncooked and "dead" food. Perhaps, they cook it in a certain way which allows them keeping the nutritional and energetic value.

One of the biggest energy consumers is bad breathing (from the "top of the lungs"). An effective breathing, which would produce a lot of energy, needs the "work" of the entire lung area and especially of the intestines.

The way we walk, sleep, watch, talk and make gestures, produces loss of inner energy. We should learn how to keep energy or collect it during these activities. For that reason, ever since Old Age, real schools of self awareness and esoteric materials, have mainly highlighted what we call "to be aware of your own actions".

Now, we arrive to the study of the means for collecting energy. In order to keep energy within our body, we should focus all the time on the way we live ("self awareness)". Thus, unconscious restlessness, chaotic thoughts, uncontrolled emotions should reduce until they disappear for all. It is rather difficult to do that - you have to slow down your moves in order to see the energy and be able to keep the focusing. There are a lot of exercise to do (in schools of self awareness), both static (meditation) and dynamic - they are very useful for obtaining self awareness (which means to effectively feel your entire body, organ energy and emotions - or even turn negative emotions into positive). That increases inner energy and it is also the first step to the evolution. If you believe you can evolve and obtain certain abilities without becoming more and more self aware or "a unity", I reckon it is an illusion.

In order to gather energy, besides all types of exercise for increasing self awareness, it is very important to eat the right food (what each individual believes to be suitable), to stop losing sexual energy and emotions, or to stop losing the intensive desire to look for what seems effective from an energetic point of view. The latter produces something which we might call inner "effusion" and which makes us evolve and supports accumulation of energy.

I am aware of the fact that I was not really able to explain the process of accumulation in detail. There is a lot to say about that and I have just tried to highlight the most important ideas. Those who are really interested in that, may read "Searching for the miracle" by P.D. Ouspensky and "Hathor's teachings", who both contain more details about the process. There are also many other available materials.

We can say that evolution and collecting energy are well-known in inner alchemy. Since external alchemy does exist (turning lead into gold; nutrition additives, combining complex elements and freeing a lot of energy), from my point of view, inner alchemy represents the most effective way to gather energy and evolve. It gathers and develops all we can find spread into another systems. At least, I have come to this conclusion, after reading and studying a lot.
