How to store
vitamins and make kilos disappear
All vegetables should be eaten while
fresh and uncooked because they contain a lot of vitamins.
Vitamins lose their properties when
cooked. Eat as much salad as you possibly can. Dress it with oil
and yogurt. Drink a lot of juice and combine vegetables with
medicine herbs, because stomach and blood can easily assimilate
them. They may even cure cancer! They are perfect in case you want
to lose weight. Vegetable juice improve assimilation. The feed our
body with vitamins, minerals, and micro-elements. They eliminate
toxins and cleans out the body. You will become full of energy,
less nervous and lose weight. According to the weight you want to
lose, the cure should be taken at least once a week. The best way
to take it is three times a week.
Vegetable juice
- carrot
juice: it contains pro vitamin A (beta carotene), which is very
important for the skin. Always add a spoon of cream or sunflower
oil. A dose of carrot juice: 9-10 medium-size carrots. -
tomato juice: it contains vitamin C and potassium. It stimulates
assimilation, eliminates toxins and improves burns. Use 6 tomatoes
for one dose. - sour cabbage juice: it contains a lot of
natural lactic acid; it stimulates assimilation and digestion. It
is perfect against sedentary life. It also contains vitamin K and
C. - broccoli juice: it prevents cancer and osteoporosis; it
also eliminates toxins and reduces fats. Dilute juice with a
little water and lemon juice; drink it 3 times/day. - red
beet juice: it contains a lot of potassium and magnesium; both of
them fasten assimilation and strengthen muscles. It also contains
folic acid (feeds blood) and vitamin C. A dose consists in 3
roots. - cucumber juice: it also helps losing weight; it
regulates intestinal activity and eliminates water. It also
contains a substance similar to insulin, which is perfect for
people suffering from diabetes. Grate the vegetable and squeeze it
well. It does not taste very good therefore, mix it with apple or
tomato juice.
Fruit juice
- apple juice: it
regulates intestinal activity and eliminates toxins; use peeled
apples and grate or mill them. Add 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice. -
grapefruit juice: it contains a lot of vitamin C and the enzyme
which improves assimilation and digestion; is a perfect drink in
case you want to lose weight. Drink the juice as such or mix it
with little water; the first glass should be drank in the morning
and the other two before main meals (half hour before eating).
They contain too many calories, especially pink grapefruit. Cut
them into half and squeeze them well. - plum juice: it
improves intestinal activity and helps losing weight. Dilute it
into water and mix it with 3-4 teaspoons of lemon juice. Drink it
all day long. - lemon juice: it contains a lot of vitamin C; it
improves cell development and protects heart. It is excellent for
losing weight and for producing energy. Drink the first glass in
the morning, on empty stomach, other two between main meals and
another two after lunch and dinner - also eat fruits and vegetable
salad. - lemon water: make an infusion from a litre of water
and 3 lemon skin; boil it, cover the pot, let it cool off and
drink it instead of water. For every glass, add 2-3 drops of fresh
lemon juice. If used on daily basis, the lemon does not produce
acid. - orange and lemon juice: boil 2 orange fruits and 6
slices of lemon for 10 minutes; add 4 spoons of honey and let it
boil for another 5 minutes. Filter it, let it cool and drink 5
glasses a day. Add a spoon of fresh lemon juice.
Schedule Drink
one type of juice a day. Peel off the vegetables, grate them and
squeeze them into a piece of lint or mix them with the blender.
Add a lot of fresh leaves-spices (celery, parsley, and dill), to
taste better. - after waking up, in the morning: 1-2 cups of
rosemary (stimulates hypo tension); - 9 a.m.: 250 ml of carrot
juice mixed with a teaspoon of olive or sunflower oil; - 11
a.m.: 250 ml of pickled cabbage juice - mixed with lovage, parsley
or dill. - 12 a.m.: a big glass of sparkling water. - 13
p.m.: 250 ml of beet juice mixed with a spoon of wheat chuff; -
16 p.m.: a cup of hip rose tea (let hips into cold water for 2-3
hours and then, boil them); - 17 p..m.: 250 ml of carrot juice
and basil leaves + mix them with cream; - 18 p.m.: a big glass
of sparkling water; - 19 p.m.: 250 ml tomato juice and celery
leaves; - 20 p.m.: a cup of elder and jasmine tea (it calms
down).
A total of only 230 calories a day!

Prepare the juice yourself ! - Use fresh vegetables only! -
Drink it immediately! - Do not add sugar or honey! You might
use saccharine.
