Natural diet
We can reach a state of calm after only
8 weeks! Therefore, we should eat only simple and natural food,
make breathing exercise, etc. You should try it, too. You have
nothing to lose.
First week
Tide up your kitchen: throw away all
bottles of vegetal oil (except for olive or pumpkin oil),
margarine and butter, biscuits and salty bakery, sugar, bonbons,
cookies, coffee and soda. Take care of alcohol and fat aliments,
because they are very dangerous. Eat normally, especially
fruits and vegetables. Eat at least twice a week, broccoli and
cauliflower (vitamin C), who both contain nitrates; nitrates
protect us against cancer. Steam-boil them so that they should
keep their nutritional value. Take a daily 20 minutes-walk.
Make breathing exercise: breath in and out for at least 10 times,
in front of an open window. Fill your house with flowers.
Second
week
If the water you drink is processed with chloride,
give up drinking it. Boil it or replace it with table water. Eat
only little whole-meal bread (black or graham) and cereals (boiled
rice, wheat, maize and oat flakes, muesli, yogurt and fruits).
Also eat soy since it has little fats and full of enzymes (it does
not increase cholesterol). Give up coffee, caffein drinks
(Coca-Cola and Pepsi) and drink only green tea - laxative,
cleansing and regenerative. - take a cap of beta-carotene and
vitamin C on daily basis. - take a walk outdoors, even if it
rains (for 15 minutes). If you go in the park or woods, look
around you. It is a beautiful world, isn't it? - take a deep
breath. Breath out before breathing in. It is a good exercise for
physical and psychical state. After coming home, read an
interesting book or magazine but do not watch TV. If you resist at
least once a week without external influences, you will feel a
whole lot better.
Third week
You already feel better. Now, you reach
the maximum level of energy. First of all, due to the fact that
you have eaten a lot of vegetables, fruits and cereals, second of
all, because you take long walks and breathe clean air. - do
the breathing exercise: keep your eyes shut, your arms along your
body and breathe deeply. Imagine that besides air, you also see
universal wonders. Breathe out. Then, repeat the exercise 10
times. - You should change your living environment. Take out of
your room any electric housekeeping devices (radio, TV, and cell
phone). They produce dangerous energy waves. Check out your bed
clothes and mattress. The quality of your sleep is extremely
important. Instead of watching TV, you should do some gardening.
If you live in a flat, you can some plant garlic and onion or
parsley and dill, small tomatoes, wheat, oat and rye, flavoured
herbs, into flower pots: anything you need for spicing up your
food. Gardening is relaxing.
Fourth week
Do breathing exercise on daily basis.
Do the following exercise, too: fix the tip of your tongue behind
the upper teeth, breathe out through your mouth and count to 8;
breathe in through your nose and count to 4; hold your breathe and
count to 7. Repeat the exercise four
times. - your daily walk should last for 35 minutes, but you
can walk for a longer time, too. - eat as much garlic as you
can! It is one of the best natural medicine ever: intestinal dis
intoxicant, it prevents hypertension and produces energy (a
perfect tonic). It helps us not get cold during autumn or
winter.
Fifth week
Eat green
vegetables, garlic, soy, whole-meal bread, fish; also take Ginseng
pills - "Chinese root of life". Eat apples, grapes,
plums, melons, bananas, oranges, etc. Drink only herbal tea. They
all contain vitamin C. Do not eat anything else. - spend three
days in a row, without listening to radio or watching TV. Relax!
You need it because too much information produces stress. After
work, take a bubble flavoured bath or sauna. Stay for a while in
front of an open window and do breathing exercise. Listen to
music, read, admire your small window-garden. Before going to
sleep you can do some relaxing yoga exercise, too.
Sixth week
You have become accustomed to healthy
food - vegetables and fruits as well as natural tonic - Ginseng or
garlic. Also eat honey, royal jelly, and so on: one teaspoon/day.
It will feel up your body with energy and vitality. - spend
four days without watching or listening to any news; take daily
walks (40 minutes), go to sauna (at least two afternoons): you can
also take flavoured bath (use mint, juniper, pine, savory oil,
etc). - for one day, drink only vegetable and fruit juice,
without eating anything else.
Seventh week
Keep on taking the diet: long walks,
sauna (bath), and breathing exercise. Eat also dry vegetables:
beans, lentil, peas - full of iron and selenium. - watch
natural beauty, read art catalogs, visit some museums and art
galleries. Make new acquaintances and meet old friends.
Eighth week
Give up reading newspapers or watching
TV. Take a walk, ride a bike, go to the sauna or to the swimming
pool. - during the cure, you can repeat the breathing exercise.
Find a balanced way of living. Forgive and you will feel better. -
follow a day of complete diet (juices only), and both body and
spirit will be cleaned. Drink as much liquids and take a pill of
vitamin C.
A permanent way of living
If you feel better after 8 weeks, take
following the cure. Turn it into a permanent living. Eat as much
fruits and vegetables, fish and cereal as you can. Decrease the
quantity of coffee or replace it with green tea. Give up drinking
alcohol. Drink only table water/spring water, tea made of fresh
herbs. Also eat vegetable salads, using vegetal oil or yogurt.
Take long walks, do some jogging, enjoy life outdoors. Do not
forget you have to breathe. Be interested in cultural events:
listen to music, go to shows and show-rooms or exhibitions, read a
lot and live in peace and harmony with everybody. It is not
difficult to find your temper.
