Nuts
Nut
kernel is one of the most healthy food. It perfectly substitutes
meat or soy. It is widely used in Western European countries. If
you mill it with the meat grinder machine, it substitutes meat in
burgers or meat rolls. It contains many fats and proteins, exceeds
the number of calories in meat and it is less toxic. It is not
digested as easy as the hazelnut, but it produces more
energy.
Nuts are less used in medicine, but they
contain a lot of vitamins (E) - it is a perfect re juvenile, it
regulates the entire hormonal activity,
protects the skin and improves assimilation of vitamin E. Use it
for curing:
- vascular damage: eat nut kernels
everyday; they strengthen the blood vessels and prevents their
damage (in case of old people). Take 3 kernels, crush them,
add one teaspoon of pollen and two spoons of honey. Mix them well
and roll them as candies. Take it everyday, on empty stomach,
especially in the morning. - skin diseases: eat 20-30
kernels everyday; it cures any skin disease and recovers the skin
after burns, stops the degenerating process, etc. Eat them to
substitute meat, in case of psoriasis, serious infectious eczemas
or fungi skin infections. - constipation: eat
some kernel from four fried nuts, ten minutes after eating; or,
1-2 glasses of plum compote or 2 spoons of honey mixed with water.
Take it on empty stomach. - diabetes: nuts contain
little sugar and you can eat them if
suffering from diabetes; do not eat meat, but uncooked food only.
They have hypo-glycemia properties and improve diabetes. - low
weight: because they
contain a lot of fats which can be easily assimilated, nuts do not
increase the level of cholesterol while being eaten in big
quantities; they are perfect for gaining weight. People wanting to
gain weight, do not take any risk of increase of
the level of their cholesterol, over-exceeded cardio-vascular
activity or cellulites and vibex. - hyperthyroid: they
regulate thyroid activity and increase the number of calories;
they also produce energy. - sterility or impotence: they
contain vitamin E and have re juvenile
properties which protect and drain out blood vessels.
Quack
medicine - women who risk to suffer from a miscarriage
should eat 10 kernels, mixed with a teaspoon of cucumber seeds.
They should prepare a powder and mix it with spring water. -
infectious eczemas, rushes, etc.: rub them the following mixture:
grind some nut kernel and mix it with sunflower seeds (cold
soak). - abdominal colic: children who suffer from it, should
eat dried kernel, mixed with a little pepper powder. - bone
tuberculosis: chew nut kernel and put it on the painful
area, cover it with a nut tree leaf and let it work for at least
an hour.
Green nut leaves
When
nuts are perfectly mellowed, peel off the nuts and use their green
skin and layers. Use only green parts and remove any black or
yellow layer. Dry them into thin layers and use them for curing: -
warts: rub them 3 times/day with nut juice (made of green
layers), for 2-3 weeks. They dry out and disappear. -
premature grey hair: it is only temporary, but you can
colour it by rubbing it with nut green layers or with concentrated
decoction: boil a handful of green layers into a cup of water, for
5 minutes; then, let it cool off. You can also use it for grey
beard. - swollen mouth or throat, tonsillitis: slice a
handful of dry skin and mix them with half litre of yeast brandy;
let it soak for ten days and then, filter it. Do gargle but dilute
it with water.
