Raspberry (Rubus idaeus)

Raspberries contain a lot of minerals: calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, potassium, and phosphorus, as well as vitamins: A, B1, B2, D and P, meanwhile the leaves contain vitamin C. It is a perfect remedy against digestive tract, pancreas or breathing system disorders; the leaves are perfect for preventing haemorrhage and regulating hormones (especially in case of women).

Recipes

Syrup
Wash the fruits very well, crush them with a fork, filter them through a piece of lint and you get the juice. Add 3 glasses of honey to every glass of juice and mix it well. Let it mix for 7 days. Drink it as such. It cures different kinds of disease; or, dilute it into water and drink it as refreshment drink.

Diet
Eat 200-300 gr of fruits before each meal, on empty stomach, for 12 days in a row. It is perfect in case of people suffering from allergy or digestion disorders. After eating raspberries, do not eat anything else for at least 4 hours; it slows down digestion and reduces appetite. It is perfect against obesity. Do not mix it with sugar because it loses its properties - in case of diabetes or ulcer.

Tea
Pick up the tops of the bushes - fruits and small leaves - and dry them out in cool fresh place. After that, crush and make tea (it smells good and it has a strong fragrance): 1-2 teaspoons of crushed herb into a cup of hot water; boil them for 1 minute and let them cool off for 15 minutes. Then, filter it. Drink 2-4 cups/day.

Therapeutic recommendation
