Sauerkraut brine

Sauerkraut brine is the liquid which results after squeezing salty cabbage. It is a 100% natural cabbage liquid with ferments and enzymes. It has active properties due to spices and salt used for pickles. It is extremely healthy although it smells rather unpleasant.

Use it for healing:
- constipation: drink 3-4 glasses of sauerkraut brine for stimulating digestion, draining out toxins and digestive tract.
- sensitivity to cold temperature: it contains a lot of vitamins, it stimulates blood circulation and warms up the body (arms and legs included). Drink 1-2 cups/day.
- hypo tension: drink it every day, especially during cold season.
- difficult digestion and inappetence: it is a strong and fast digestive stimulus. Drink half cup before eating. Take a few zips while eating because it stimulates digestion.
- fever: drink one glass, 3-4 times/day. It regulates the body temperature, it increases resistance to fever and stimulates immunity properties.
