Ayurveda cures

If you feel in a rather bad mood, you should try one of the following remedies!

Sweet basil (Ocium sanctum)

You can use it against cough, gold or influenza: take 10-12 leaves, wash them well and crush them. Mix them with a teaspoon of ginger (Zingiber officinale) and fry both until the leaves turn soft. Add a cup of hot water and let them boil for a few minutes. Add a teaspoon of honey and drink the product. 
- make an infusion from 10-15 leaves and two cups of water. Drink it while warm.
- squeeze 10-15 leaves, add a teaspoon of ginger juice and one of honey. Mix them and drink it in the morning and evening. 
- use dry leaves for powder and use it in case of stifled nose.
Digestion disorders: boil 20 leaves into 250 ml of water and drink it. 
Inappetence: chew 4 leaves in the morning, before eating.
Skin disorders: make a paste from a few fresh leaves and little water. Rub that area. You can also drink a teaspoon of basil juice a day.
Fresh basil refreshes air and drives insects away.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)

Use it in case of:
Cold, bronchitis: mix a teaspoon of cinnamon with ginger, black pepper, cloves, nutmeg, and Curcuma longa. Add three teaspoons of sugar and smash them until you get a powder. Eat a teaspoon mixed with honey: twice/day.
Influenza: boil a teaspoon of cinnamon into a cup of water until it decreases to half the quantity. Filter it, add honey and drink it while warm. 
Insomnia: add half teaspoon of cinnamon and one of honey into a cup of warm milk. Drink it before sleep.
Gingivitis: boil one teaspoon of cinnamon into a cup of water. Let it cool off and use it for gargle.
Cell regeneration: make a mixture of equal quantities (one teaspoon) of cinnamon, nutmeg, and laurel dried leaves. Put into a cup of hot water. Split it into two and drink in all along the day.
Nervous stress: mix powder with honey and eat it before sleep.
Skin disorders: make a paste of cinnamon and lemon juice and massage the wounded area. 
Toothache: put two drops of cinnamon oil on a piece of cotton wool and rub the aching tooth.
Nausea: eat a little powder.
Stimulating breast milk: drink a teaspoon of cinnamon mixed with warm water or milk everyday.

Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) 

Use it in case of:
Asthma: mix 5 drops of clove oil with a teaspoon of honey and a smashed piece of garlic. Eat it before sleep.
Bad breath: chew two cloves everyday.
Indigestion: fry two teaspoons of cloves and mix them into a cup of hot water. Let them soak for 30 minutes, take a teaspoon four times a day.
Muscle or back pains: make massage with warm oil.
Painful gums or sore throat: make gargle with an infusion of cloves, or chew four cloves.
Toothaches: rub your gums with oil, all around the tooth.
Sickness: fry half teaspoon of clove powder and mix it with a teaspoon of honey. Eat it. 
For enabling digestion and for a fresh breath, mix cloves with betel (Piper betle) leaves.

Mint (Mentha spicata)

Use it to cure:
Digestive disorders (indigestion, diarrhoea, and sickness): wash a few leaves, put them into a pot, add little salt, 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice, a teaspoon of coriander, and little cumin powder. Add little water and make a paste. Take a teaspoon of paste, twice/day, before main meals or while eating. 
- mix a quarter of teaspoon of mint seeds and swallow them with water.
- mix a teaspoon of mint juice with a teaspoon of lemon juice and a spoon of honey. Eat it three times/day.
- drink mint tea (a teaspoon of leaves into a cup of water) or warm milk. 
Bad breath: mix a teaspoon of mint juice into half cup of water.
- use it for gargle.
- chew fresh mint leaves.
- use mint powder (leaves) for cleaning out teeth and mouth.
Sickness: keep mint powder into the mouth for 15 minutes then, swallow it. 
- boil a teaspoon of dried mint and half teaspoon of nutmeg into a cup of water. Drink the tea while still warm. 
Acne: rub face with little mint paste or use fresh leaves and let them work over night. 
Diarrhoea: make a soak from two teaspoons of dried mint leaves and 250 ml of water. Let them soak for 6 hours. Drink 3 cups/day.

Cumin (Chimionum cyminum) 

Use it in case of:
Diarrhoea: fry 2-3 teaspoons of cumin seeds and grind them. Add little ginger, cinnamon, and pepper. Mix them into a cup of yogurt. Eat it 2 a day.
- mix a spoon of cumin, ginger, cinnamon, and honey. Eat half teaspoon, 3 times/day.
Digestion disorders: boil a teaspoon of cumin into a cup of water. Add a teaspoon of fresh coriander juice and little salt. Drink it for several days, before eating.
Tiredness: mix half teaspoon of cumin, coriander, pepper, and lentil. Boil them for a little while into a cup of water, add salt and drink it.
Digestion disorders: mix equal quantities of ground cumin, pepper, and ginger seeds. Make an infusion. Drink warm tea, twice/day, for several days in a row.
Insomnia: use powder on a sliced banana. Eat a helping every evening.
Stimulating breast milk: mix a teaspoon of cumin with little rock sugar. Drink warm milk every evening, before sleep.

Coriander (Coriandrum sativum)

Use it in case of:
Conjunctivitis: put two drops of fresh juice (use coriander leaves) in the corner of your eyes. Dilute it with boiled water, but let it cool off before use.
Cough, cold, and flu: grind two teaspoons of coriander seeds and add two teaspoons of ginger powder. Let them fry. Mix it with two cups of water. Filter it, add honey and drink it while warm.
Head ache: make a paste from dried coriander seeds and water and put them on your front head.
Nose bleeding: pour 5-6 drops of oil or fresh juice into each nostril. 
Sinus disorders: boil 2-3 spoons of coriander seeds into a litre of water: make inhalation. Crush the seeds before use. 
Swelling: put some crushed leaves on the painful area. Drink coriander infusion (a teaspoon of seeds into a cup of hot water).

Garlic (Allium sativum)

Use it for curing:
Asthma: drink three pieces of smashed garlic mixed into a cup of milk, before sleep.
Clean and crush a piece of garlic. Boil it into a cup of wine vinegar. Drink it cold: 1-2 teaspoons, before sleep.
Digestion disorders: crush two pieces of garlic and put them into a glass of water or warm milk. Drink it on the spot.
Fever: mix a spoons of ground garlic mixed with a handful of fresh basil leaves. Add a cup of hot water and boil them until it decreases to half. Drink two teaspoons, twice/day.
Insect bites: crush two pieces of garlic and rub the painful area or spot. Let it work for 10 minutes and clean the area with cold water.
Re juvenile: eat three pieces of garlic everyday or use it for spicing up food.
Sinusitis: mix a teaspoon of crushed garlic, a teaspoon of Curcum longa, and two spoons of honey. Eat one spoon/day.
Skin disorders: eat three pieces of garlic or garlic oil/day.

Garlic is also a natural aphrodisiac which stimulates reproduction.
