indigestion and hypo-acid gastritis - take a few teaspoons of

can dilute it with carrot juice. - skin damage - wash lovage

juice:
Juice - I - use an electric blender; take
a handful of sliced fresh leaves, add 1/3 glass of water; mix them
for 2-3 minutes and store them for 15 minutes. Filter or sift it.
You get almost a glass of juice. Drink it into one helping on
empty stomach, in the morning. For cleaning blood, drink 2 glasses
of juice: in the morning and evening.
Juice - II -
slice a handful of vegetable leaves. Put them into a glass pot or
pottery cup and add a glass of warm water; let them soak for 4
hours and filter it. You get more than a glass of juice. It tastes
strong. Drink it on empty stomach, while fresh. In case you do not
dilute it with water, you should reduce the daily doses: not more
than 100-150 ml/day.
Vegetable soak into
wine - slice the leaves, put them into a jar (3/4), add
natural wine (white). Seal the jar and let the mixture soak for 2
weeks, then filter it. Drink 1-2 spoons/before main meals. People
who cannot tolerate alcohol, should drink natural juice only.
