Whey
Whey
is the yellowish sour juice you get after squeezing fresh soft
cottage cheese. Use only unboiled whey. It improves lung activity,
prevents any disease or you may drink it as such. It contains a
lot of proteins. It decreases cholesterol, stimulates immunity
cells' development, prevents tumour evolution and regulates
weight. It does not contain too many fats.
It is perfect
for: - reducing increased values of cholesterol: drink 2-3
glasses/day and it reduces the value of blood cholesterol, of
liver cholesterol and also protects the cardiac-vascular system. -
preventing bacterial infections: drink half litre/day because it
increases body immunity and destroys bacteria. - improving poor
immunity, against breathing infections: eat at least 100 gr of
soft cottage cheese/day; it increases the natural immunity system
and enables body to resists to infections caused by viruses and
bacteria. - curing malignant or benign tumours: several types
of cancer (metastasis, pancreas or liver cancer) may be cured by
taking 30 gr of concentrate substance/day (almost 1 litre of
whey), for 6 months. It creates a balance between the number of
red and white cells and prevents tumour development. Sometimes, it
prevents fast development but does not cure it entirely. -
curing HIV infection, as auxiliary: drink the equivalent of a
litre and a half of whey (protein concentrate drink), taken 3
times/day. It increases the percentage of destroying "ill"
cells with 32%. - curing anemia: drink half litre of whey/day,
for a month. - curing gout: it drains out and eliminating
toxins; drink 3 cups of whey/day, for 2-3 months; take it 30
minutes before eating.
For external use, against: -
eczemas: use compress on the wound and let it work for 60 minutes;
remove it and let it dry out in the open air. The cure should be
made on daily basis, for 2 weeks. - chilblain: use compress for
harmful areas. Let it work for an hour then wash it well. Do it
daily, until the wound it is healed.
