Wild raspberry (Fragaria vesca)

It is a juvenile and cleansing plant. It eliminates toxins, prevents kidney and gall stone formation, rheumatism, and gout. They have a strong taste and fragrance. We recommend them for all kinds of natural remedies.

Diet
- eat 150-300 gr, four hours after breakfast and dinner, on empty stomach. You should eat the biggest quantity at breakfast and the level of dis intoxication will increase. The cure should last for 7-10 days, without eating meat, fried food or food with synthetic additives. Eat them while fresh and do not mix them with other food. You can still eat a little honey for increasing their laxative properties: against constipation and related disorders. By adding sugar or cream, you may harm their effectiveness.

Juice
-
wash the fruits well, crush them with a fork until they become a paste and filter it through a piece of lint. The juice is reddish and very flavoured; any remains of the fruits can be used for cakes, ice cream and marmalade. Use the juice for internal care: drink it 15 minutes before eating, on empty stomach.
Prescriptions
- adults - a glass;
- children - 1/2 glass.
For external use, use it for beauty care.

Tea
- pick up both fruits and leaves and dry them into thin layers, in cool fresh place. Prepare the infusion: boil a teaspoon of leaves and fruits, for 20 minutes, into a cup of boiled water; then, filter it. Drink 2-3 cups/day.
